Dan was a MP in the U.S. Army under the 403rd MP POW Camp DET 3. He was deployed during DesertShield/Desert Storm where his unit managed a 12.000 Iraq prisoner of war compound. They were responsible for the care of these folks that had been on the front line during Iraq's invasion and annexation of Kuwait.
