Dwight is a former Combat Medic with 1/30th IN 2NCT 3ID with a 15 month deployment to Iraq as a line medic.

Arceneaux Farms, LLC produces pasture-raised and finished free-range beef, pork, chicken, ducks, and turkeys. They offer raw A2A2 Jersey milk occasionally, farm eggs, and lard.
After graduating college, Dwight went into the oilfield with Schlumberger and then running downhole cameras. He left the oilfield and became a Nursing Facility Administrator and opened his farm the next year. It gives him a sense of purpose and responsibility for others depending on his security and decision making 24 hours a day. He is a leader, a worker, on-site animal first aid, and enjoys the benefits of feeding his community and his family.
"My wife and I are both 4th generation farmers. It’s a way of life and tradition here in South Louisiana. We come from cattlemen, rice farmers, and crawfishermen. It is the freest trade we can imagine as we see how and what our animals eat, roam, and exist along Bayou Plaquemines Brulée."
