We started this farming thing while both working for an airline which in hindsight may be a crazy idea. However with our backgrounds as veterans who have ongoing issues from injuries we know all too well about the importance of high quality food and it's use as medicine along with modern day medicine. With this becoming so important in our lives we decided to take the leap and figure out how to make things work. In the last year we've learned a lot with the help of some close friends and the internet. After our first two steers were a success we knew we had to continue and turn this dream into a full operation.
