Athena served for 20 years in the U.S. Coast Guard, 13 years enlisted as a Corpsman, serving overseas in Bahrain and Kuwait. She became a commissioned military officer, worked in federal law enforcement and marine inspections, enforcing federal laws on the waterways, cargo ships, and US port ways.

Cow Creek Ranch is a third-generation Montana family ranch. Breeding and training Jersey cows to become family milk cows. Raw milk micro dairy. Heritage cattle and quarter horses.

"We had a dream of moving home to Montana and becoming a self sustained food-sourcing family. Our dream became bigger and we wanted to provide wholesome food products, family milk cows, raw milk, and quality beef to our community also."
