After his time in the military, Joseph moved into HR because he wanted to keep supporting the people he works with, just in a different setting. He traded his uniform for a role where he gets to be an advocate for employees, helping them find their footing and really thrive in their careers.

Jospeh's background taught him that a team is only as strong as its people, so he focuses on being a straight-shooter who actually listens. He's all about building a workplace where people feel respected and backed up.
