As the year comes to a close, many companies are offering their employees the opportunity to multiply their charitable giving through Employer Matching Funds programs. What Are Employer Matching Funds?
Many employers recognize the importance of giving back to their communities. Through matching gift programs, they pledge to match employee donations to nonprofit organizations – sometimes dollar-for-dollar, and sometimes even more. That means if you donate $100 to the Farmer Veteran Coalition, your employer may contribute another $100 (or more) on your behalf.
