Job DescriptionShift Superintendent – Corpus Christi, TXADM River Systems, ExportSalaried Exempt PositionJob DutiesPosition is responsible for providing direction to and hourly production crew of the Corpus Christi Export Elevator.
The candidate will coordinate communication, personnel, resources and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation of the plant during the shift.
Must be able to communicate expectations and goals for safety, quality, productivity, reliability, environmental compliance and operating costs.
Takes an active role in managing the shift and coaching employees to reach their full potential by providing feedback in a manner that is effective, consistent and fair.
