Job DescriptionLead Painter – Arbuckle, CAPosition Summary: This position offers an exciting opportunity for a Lead Painter in Maintenance department of Rice Mill.Job Responsibilities:
Duties include but are not limited to:Assist foremen in all dutiesCleaning and prep of materials to be painted. Brush and Roll. Applying water base / oil base paints on metal, wood and concrete. Mixing and matching paints. Use of Airless and air spray gun. Clean up of all painting materials. Caulking, Staining and understanding of M.S.D.S sheetPatch drywallPainting interior and exterior of plantPainting of Machines, walls, Bollards, and work that comes out of the shopUse of fillers to patch holes in walls / concrete ect .Hand sandingUse of electric and air hand grindersWork well with othersGood attendanceNot afraid of heightsCan work overtime each day and on-call 24-7Enforcement of all ADM policies and proceduresAssist in completing Safe Work Permits.
