Job DescriptionRodent Control – Arbuckle, CAWe are looking for a motivated, safety conscious individual ready to take on challenges and responsibilities within Quality Control Food Safety, inside the Sanitation department at ADM Rice, Inc., in Arbuckle, Ca.Potential assignments may include, but are not limited to:Checking monitoring and recording data for bait stations and pest management materials and supplies throughout the ADM Rice facility and groundsSeal warehouses, chambers, railcars and tanks and participate in fumigation activitiesManage inventory of pest control items, to include some hazardous materialsAssist in all assigned duties at ADM Rice, Inc in Arbuckle, Ca.Fluency in English languageAbility to enter data onto iPad and company computer systemsQualificationsTo be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:Possession of or ability to obtain a Qualified Applicators Certificate (QAC) within 3 months of hirePossess and maintain a valid driver's licenseAbility to drive various heavy equipmentCommitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero injury culture; understand and follow company safety proceduresExhibit regular and prompt attendanceAble to meet physical requirements of this position including, but not limited to: prolonged periods of sitting or standing, kneeling, bending, working in high areas, climbing stairs and ladders, working in a variety of condition, such as heat, cold, dust, lift up to 55lbs. unassisted, shovel and rake different materialsBe willing to work weekends, holidays and overtime as assignedDemonstrate initiative to work independently while flexible enough to work in a team setting as neededExhibit a professional image at all times; maintain a positive and respectful attitudeADM requires the successful completion of a background check.REF:105653BR#IncludingYouDiversity, equity, inclusion and belonging are cornerstones of ADM's efforts to continue innovating, driving growth, and delivering outstanding performance.
