With a global value chain that includes more than 500 crop procurement locations, 270 ingredient manufacturing facilities, 44 innovation centers and the world's premier crop transportation network, we connect the harvest to the home, making products for food, animal feed, chemical and energy usesPosition SummaryThe Shift Supervisor works on a rotating shift schedule and will supervise the daily activities of safety, quality, and production procedures, as well as, lead colleagues in all aspects of production during his/her respective shift.Job Requirements:To be considered for an opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:Commitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero injury cultureFull compliance with all Employee Safety and Food Safety laws, regulations and rules of Golden Peanut Company and ADMRole requires 2-5 years of progressive experience in Manufacturing/Production environmentStrong mechanical aptitude and/or electrical aptitude a plusStrong understanding of Manufacturing flow processes, controls and proceduresAbility to understand, develop and manage production schedules and target datesExcellent oral and written communication skillsAble to climb and work in high areasMust demonstrate high-level of problem solving and team working skillsHigh level of Organizational and Inter-personal skillsProficient in MS Office Suite Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for all related operations of manufacturing facilityUnderstand, maintain, evaluate and improve Process ControlsMaintain and improve product quality control and assurance standardsMaintain cost control, maximize productivity, minimize wasteMotivate, train, develop and lead production personnel on rotating shiftsCoordinate production schedules with team membersCommunication of essential information to all parties concernedAbility to plan, organize and manage multiple tasks/assignmentsFurther responsibilities include working cooperatively with sales, production, administrative and management teamsExcited about this role but don't think you meet every requirement listed?
