Seed agency southwest of Valley City, ND, is seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented Seed Sales Agronomist to support our customers in western Barnes County, North Dakota. This role is well-suited for candidates with a strong background in agronomy, seed sales, and on-farm customer support.The Seed Sales Agronomist will provide agronomic expertise, assist with product placement and management decisions to help our customers maximize profit from with our products. This position offers a strong foundation for professional development within the agricultural industry.Primary ResponsibilitiesDeliver agronomic guidance to support Pioneer? seed products, including hybrid and variety selection, crop management, and in-season recommendations.Conduct field visits, including stand evaluations, pest and disease assessments, and yield-impact analysis.Assist with the coordination and execution of plot trials, field days, and product demonstrations.Provide timely and accurate communication regarding product performance, agronomic issues, and management best practices.Contribute to the development and achievement of sales goals through agronomy-focused customer engagement.Maintain accurate documentation of field observations, product performance data, and customer interactions.QualificationsBachelor?s degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, Ag Business, Ag Econ or a related discipline (recent or upcoming graduates encouraged to apply).Foundational understanding of crop production systems common to North Dakota, including corn, soybeans, and canola.Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.Ability to learn quickly, manage multiple priorities, and work both independently and collaboratively.Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and work in field conditions as needed.Valid driver?s license required.CompensationCompetitive compensation package with performance-based incentives.Comprehensive benefits, including health, vision, and retirement programs.Professional development, product training, and mentorship opportunities within a leading global seed organization.Company vehicle or mileage reimbursement.A supportive environment designed to help new graduates launch a successful agronomy career.How to ApplyPlease submit a resume and cover letter to ron.truax@plantpioneer.com.For additional information about this role, contact Ronald C.
