Production AssociatePay: $22.28 per hour plus Shift Differential: $1.00 (After 8pm)Shift & Working Hours: Monday-Friday; 4:00PM – 1:30 AM. Weekends/Overtime/Holidays as needed, hours subject to business needs.The Production Associate is responsible for taking direction from the supervisor in order to meet production demands while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.In this role, you will be a key member of our Land O'Lakes, Inc. manufacturing team, performing front-line production processes that add value and quality to the inputs and creation of final high-quality products.
You will gain skills and experience of taking raw materials to produce our final products for customers.
