Fun Fact: 1 in 4 French fries are produced by McCain Foods. Position Summary:The ADR Operator is ensuring the efficient operation of the sorting and defect removal equipment. Responsible for achieving optimum equipment performance which results in meeting or exceeding product quality standards relating to defects and/or sizing. Key Responsibilities:Operates production defect control equipment.Adjusts equipment as needed for cut changes.Responsible for cleanup activities on equipment and related areas.Trains and oversees additional cleanup personnel as designated by the Production Supervisor. This includes general and weekend clean up personnel.Collects samples and inspects product for quality requirements and machine efficiencies.Monitors line flow volumes and sizing requirements of production lines.Accurately enters all information into computer tracking system and completes all records and reports as required. Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Compensation Package:  – Starting at 24.31 USD hourly + Bonus eligibility + Hourly Pay Differential for applicable shifts The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting.
