We are looking for a Warehouse Inventory Coordinator to join our company and support our Rushville, Indiana location.As a Warehouse Inventory Coordinator for Corteva Agriscience, you will play a critical role in ensuring inventory accuracy, material availability, and smooth warehouse operations across our network. You will coordinate inbound and outbound material movement using SAP/R3, partner closely with sales support, schedulers, and vendors, and proactively plan inventory to support production needs. This role leads key inventory processes, including cycle counts, reconciliations, audits, and discard management, while driving best practices and transactional excellence. You?ll collaborate with cross?functional teams to resolve discrepancies, improve processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Safety remains a top priority, and you?ll lead or support site safety programs that protect people, product, and performance.VISA Sponsorship is not available for this position.Relocation assistance is not offered for this position.This role will be on-site at the Corteva location.What You?ll Do:Provide coordination of inbound and outbound movement of materials with sales support team, inter-company schedulers, and vendors using SAP/R3 systemsRun inventory reports daily/weekly/monthly to ensure accuracy at location, off-site, and regional distribution centers (where applicable), including package inventory and direct materialsPlanning product and direct material inventory based on production ratesImplement and utilize warehouse and inventory management best practices while ensuring transactional excellenceAssist with pooling/picking errors and management with discrepanciesLead monthly cycle count process and manage any necessary reconciliationLead annual inventory reconciliation process and external inventory auditsManage treated and untreated discard working with STO Coordinator and Scheduling CoordinatorAssist STO and Scheduling Coordinator when neededLeading?or?supporting?a defined safety program?to enhance safety?across the siteVarious other?duties as?assignedLocation Specific Items:This position is based out of the Rushville, Indiana Seed Production FacilityEducation: ??????????????
