We’re currently seeking an experienced Agronomy Sales Specialist to support customers across Daviess, Hancock, Henderson, McLean, and Ohio counties. In this field-based role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to growers, providing tailored agronomic recommendations and building long-term partnerships rooted in trust and results. What You’ll DoBuild and grow strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunitiesProvide customized agronomic recommendations, including seed, fertilizer, and crop protection solutionsConduct regular field visits to evaluate crop conditions, soil health, and pest pressuresDrive territory sales growth by promoting agronomy products and servicesCollaborate with sales, operations, and agronomy teams to execute territory strategiesPlan and lead customer meetings, field days, and educational eventsStay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offeringsPrepare sales forecasts, reports, and territory analysesEnsure compliance with company policies, stewardship standards, and regulatory requirementsDeliver responsive after-sales support to strengthen customer satisfaction and retention What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or a related field3+ years of experience in agronomy or agricultural salesProven success achieving sales goals and growing customer relationshipsStrong technical knowledge of crop production, soils, and pest managementFamiliarity with Kentucky agriculture and regional market dynamicsExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsComfort using CRM systems and Microsoft Office toolsValid driver’s license with the ability to travel throughout the territory Why Join Superior Ag?
