Overview:Responsible for scheduling and dispatching drivers, equipment, and loads to ensure timely, efficient delivery of products. Works closely with Production, Shipping, and Transportation teams to keep operations running smoothly.Key Responsibilities:Schedule and dispatch drivers, trucks, and equipmentMonitor routes, delivery status, and driver availabilityCoordinate with production and warehouse teams on load readinessEnsure compliance with DOT and company safety standardsMaintain dispatch logs and prepare daily reportsSupport and guide dispatch staff and/or driversQualifications:2+ years in dispatch, logistics, or transportationStrong communication and problem-solving skillsExperience with dispatch or fleet management systemsSupervisory experience preferredKnowledge of DOT regulations a plusWork Environment:Fast-paced production/transportation setting with shifting priorities and occasional schedule flexibility.EOE, including disability/vetsAt Pilgrim's, Safety Is A Condition – the safety of our team members comes first, always
