Maintenance Technician (3rd Shift)Pay: Starting at $31.46 per hour plus Shift Differential: $1.50 per hourHiring Bonus: $2500 ($750 @ 90 days, $750 @ 180 day, $1000 @ 1 yearShift & Working Hours: 12-hour Shift; 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM; 2/2/3 schedule. Weekends/Overtime/Holidays as needed.In this role, you'll be a key member of our Land O'Lakes, Inc. manufacturing team, performing maintenance of the facility and production equipment to ensure our plants can add value and quality to the inputs and creation of final high-quality products. You'll be responsible for the installation, ongoing maintenance, and necessary repairs for the facility and the production equipment. You will work with a variety of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems and controls. We believe there's power in every drop of milk our farmers produce, and by improving production and finding innovative uses for that milk, we add a little good to people's lives.Key Responsibilities:Complies with all safety processes and insists on safety practices of self and othersShows up on time, completes tasks by deadlines, and adapts to changes quicklyMonitors performance of plant machinery and equipment for proper operating performance; performs regular and preventive maintenance, repairs, diagnoses, tests, troubleshoots, and inspections on all machinery and equipment; documents work accordinglyEnsures all standard operating procedures are followedAble to multi-task and keep up with demands in a fast-paced environmentRequired Experience and Skills:Must be 18 years or olderClass 2-b boilers license or able to obtain within 6 months of hire1 year of industrial or building facility maintenance experienceBasic computer and math skillsAble to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions and product manualsWillingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshootStrong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectfulCandidate must possess a valid driver's license and be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check in accordance with company standards.Preferred Experience:1 to 3+ years' experience working with basic electrical systems, compressors, welding, plumbing, conveyers, hydraulics, packaging, PLC, pneumatics, preventive maintenance, and pumps.LOTO experienceForklift experiencePhysical Requirements:Able to lift/carry up to 50 poundsFrequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movementsPerforming duties while wearing personal protective equipmentWorking in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include areas where dust and chemicals are presentGrade:Prod
