Role Overview:
The Sales Agronomist
will
be responsible for
managing existing and attracting new customers within the sales territory,
assisting
customers with proper product selection and use based on agronomic needs, and
maintaining
and developing profitable customer relationships.

growth and profitability for the territory .Implement marketing and sales plans; meet sales goals; and network with industry representatives to expand sales opportunities .Be the primary
customer
contact
regarding
deliveries, forecasting, credit, complaint handling, and custom applications .Lead and mentor team members, review
work
of others, and provide constructive feedback . What You Bring to

In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $89,400 to $125,280 .Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience.This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and vacation, holidays, health, dental, vision, mental health, and retirement plan participation, including an employer contribution of up to 7% into your 401 (k).
