Location: North Dakota (Remote with travel) About the Role: Bushel Plus, The Harvest Optimization Company, is seeking a results-driven Outside Sales Representative to expand our presence in the U.S. agricultural market. This hunter-focused role is responsible for driving new businesses in mostly North Dakota, South Dakota, and Minnesota by building strong relationships with equipment dealers and farming operations. The successful candidate must be based in North Dakota. Key Responsibilities: New Business Development (70%): Prospect and secure new dealer partnerships and farm accounts, achieve revenue and acquisition targets, and execute territory growth strategies. Pipeline Management (10%): Maintain a robust pipeline (3X quota), conduct demos, and represent Bushel Plus at trade shows and events. Strategic Account Planning (10%): Develop account penetration strategies, map decision-makers, and provide market feedback. CRM & Reporting (5%): Ensure accurate data in Salesforce and submit weekly activity reports. Stakeholder Relationships (5%): Manage risks and maintain strong relationships with key partners. Requirements: 3-5 years of B2B/B2C sales experience (agricultural equipment sales preferred). Knowledge of combine harvesters and farming operations is a plus. Strong communication, networking, and CRM skills. Ability to travel 60-75% within ND, SD, and MN. Valid U.S. driver's license. What We Offer: Competitive base salary + uncapped commission.
