With a customer-first mindset, we make doing business with McCain easy. About the role.Perform administrative human resources support by providing support for the efficient operation of the office while maintaining a high level of professionalism.  Always maintain a high degree of confidentiality and customer service. What you’ll be doing.Maintain accurate employee rosters and records. Coordinate job award process.Put together new hire orientation packets, arrange break snacks and lunch. Make electronic personnel file for new hires.Create and maintain employee files and applicant flow records.Process terminated employee files.Collect and enter job bids.Document hourly employee performance appraisals as they come in.Accountable for strict control over the switchboard, greeting and registering visitors, helping employees fill out necessary job forms, typing correspondence, various reports, hourly employee filing maintenance and Company Store management.Maintain physical bulletin boards across the campus, including legal posting requirements, union posting requirements, and job bid posting, etc.Back up for Administrative Assistant with maintaining electronic bulletin boards and media for the Burley facility.Set-up, confirm invoices, and place orders in accounts payable system (COUPA) Assist in purchases for department personnel; submit Pcard expense reports. Conduct tasks necessary for SAP Month end: Email Pcard receipts along with Citibank statement to Corporate.Assist in coordinate production employee events and benefits throughout the year. This includes ordering flowers for employee life events.Orders supplies for the office. What you’ll need to be successful.Detail Oriented, ensuring accuracy of data / records is critical to success in this role.Self-starter with initiative and drive to outline and complete tasks efficiently and effectively with limited supervision.Capable of accommodating peers and leaders with required information in a timely manner.Effective problem solving skills and the ability to apply critical thinking.Must have knowledge or ability to develop understanding of Collective Bargaining Agreement to ensure compliance in assigned applicable tasks.Interpersonal skills that will create an atmosphere of understanding for others that will promote effective results.Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office suite of products, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Access. USD annually The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting.
