?Our client is a growing multi-site dairy operation seeking a hands-on leader to bridge herd management, feed execution, and operational coordination. This is a new role created due to expansion and growth.?Key Responsibilities? Oversee herd health routines and support existing herdsman? Manage feed execution and bunk management? Monitor feeding accuracy + collaborate with nutrition/crop teams? Coordinate across herd, shop/maintenance, and forage teams? Ensure issues are followed through to completion (not just delegated)? Lead and support a predominantly Hispanic labor force? Work directly with ownership to drive performance and efficiency?Ideal Background? Experience in dairy herd management? Exposure to feed/bunk management (or strong willingness to learn)? Operational, problem-solving, and leadership mindset? Strong communication + accountability skills? ?All hands in? attitude vs. siloed thinkingNutrition knowledge is a plus but not required.?Schedule & Location? On-site role, 5?6 days/week (rotation)?
