?Job Description:?The Head of Retail Controlling and Accounting has direct oversight in the area of controlling, working capital management, financials, budgeting, and reporting for the CLAAS-owned retail dealership Delta Harvest Center.?? ? Develops budgets and forecasts including monthly, yearly, capital, and long-term planning for CLAAS-owned retail outlets.? ? Analyzes budget to actual variances of the same.? ? Responsible for preparing and making recommendations for the P&L and Balance Sheet for CLAAS NA Retail entity.? ? Monitors financial information from DHC to ensure financial information has been recorded accurately.? ? Works closely with the DHC Senior Accountant on accurate financial reporting and data collection.? ? Ensures all financial operations are in compliance with government rules and regulations for both the U.S. retail operation.? ? Prepares all financial reports as required or requested.? ? Prepares month-end closings on a timely basis.? ? Interacts with internal and external auditors in completing audits and tax returns.?Your profile:? ? Bachelors? Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.? ? 5+ years of work related experience.? ? CPA desired, not required.? ? Knowledge of general accounting practice, financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.? ? Experience with Intelli Dealer (CDK) preferred.? ? Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both written and verbal.? ? Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency.? ? Must be able to meet deadlines and handle a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail.
