Job DescriptionSource To Pay Solution Director, Archer Daniels Midland Company, Erlanger, KY. Handle all IT solutionsthat support Source to Pay processes. Negotiate, report, and manage the overall solutions provided tothe AE/GPO. Provide leadership in planning/sequencing of end-to-end design workshops and supportfacilitation of workshops, leveraging knowledge of industry best practices and application of global SAPand bolt-on solution implementation experience. Guide complex fit/gap analysis and design decisions andvalidate fit/gap analysis and design decisions completed by less experienced team members and ensuredeviations from "out of the box" functionality have sufficient business justification and positive valueproposition. Develop, maintain, and communicate solutions roadmap for each solution that supports theSource to Pay process. Develop and implement sound rationale for application portfolio management andmanage product introduction and retirement plans, proactively anticipating gaps and overlaps within theapplication portfolio. Create consensus across other functions as to the timing of solution introductionand retirement. Collaborate with IT architecture and operations teams for solution compatibility withcompany standards. Oversee the execution of business analysis and high-level functional design forprojects and enhancements.
