Job DescriptionSanitation Operator – Erlanger, KY
This is an hourly level position.Position Summary: The individual holding this position will be expected to perform the cleaning and sanitizing of food contact, non-food contact surfaces to ensure the production of safe, high quality products.Job Responsibilities:Clean and sanitize product contact surfaces according to established SSOP's such as pipes, valves, tanks, blenders, etc.Clean and sanitizer non-product contact surfaces according to established SSOP's such as wall, floors, drains, etc.Monitor chemical concentrationsComplete tasks according to the Master Sanitation Schedule.Complete all tasks in a safe manner utilizing proper PPE's.Perform additional duties as requiredJob Requirements:Must have mechanical abilities.Knowledge of GMP's.Basic computer skills, Word and Excel.Commitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero injury culture; understand and follow company safety proceduresExhibit regular and timely attendanceWilling to work overtime and weekends if neededDemonstrate initiative to work independently while flexible enough to work in team setting when neededExhibit a professional image at all times; maintain a positive and supportive attitudeAbility to read, write, and communicate clearlyAbility to pay attention to and focus on small details. i.e., lot numbers, order numbers, etc.Flexibility in accepting change and an attitude of continuous improvementEducation Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalentPhysical Demands:Standing, Walking and Lifting (up to 50 lbs.)Repetitive motions for using cleaning tools (hose, scrubs, brushes, mops)ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.REF:107248BR#IncludingYouDiversity, equity, inclusion and belonging are cornerstones of ADM's efforts to continue innovating, driving growth, and delivering outstanding performance.
