Are you passionate about agronomy, soil science, or the broader agricultural industry? The selected individual will work directly alongside an experienced consultant and receive hands-on training in all aspects of the business. The long-term goal is to develop the right individual into a trusted consultant capable of managing client relationships and eventually transitioning into a well-established book of business in a strong agricultural region.This role is designed for someone who wants more than a traditional agronomy job. The individual will gain direct, hands-on experience in soil consulting, client interaction, and agricultural business development.
