Corteva Agriscience has an exciting opportunity for a?Supply Chain Analyst.?The purpose of this role is to assign accountability for the end-to-end Supply Chain Quality Processes. This position is responsible for the analysis and interpretation of commercial product line quality results, characterization of commercial inventory, and inventory movements in SAP based on quality information.?This position will also coordinate the frequent compilation and distribution of the quality and inventory information to business leaders, production locations, and logistics partners. Identify and develop consistent business process improvements and systems that enhance Seed Production & Supply Chain's ability to develop and execute plans for all corn product line. Improve the integration of the supply process with the processes of other departments within the Corteva brands.What You'll Do:Evaluate?commercial quality for suitability for sales.Review inventory characterization against current allocations to determine the ability to meet current and future sales demand.?Review quality concerns entered by location and respond to the concerns.??Implement and participate in commercial recall, retag and variance processes with the Commercial Units.?Work with Territory Managers/Agronomists and others in reviewing and answering customer service calls.Work with the production locations and seed labs to ensure testing is occurring in a timely, legal and accurate manner.Provide guidance to locations on data integrity regarding supply in SAP. Develop processes to monitor inventory accuracy.Ensure supply meets Corteva Market Specifications and/or state and federal tagging & packaging requirements.Develop process improvements related to supply/demand and risk management models and provide system support to production locations.Produce and distribute plans and reports that outline production strategies/risks, seed quality, available to sell quantities, and distribution plans.Team with Analysts to evaluate and draw conclusions from supply and demand informationProvide business and technical link between Asset Scheduling, Logistics and Inventory functional teams.What Skills You Need:Bachelor's degree in supply chain/logistics, agriculture, or similar field of study2+?years of supply chain experience or related fieldWorking knowledge or ability to learn Excel, Access, Power BI and SAP systemsStrong professional communication skills, written and oral with ability to multitaskDemonstrated ability to interact and work closely with peers in a team environmentProblem solving and conflict resolution skills?What Makes You Stand Out:Experience supporting supply chain/logistics needs in the agriculture industryDemonstrated understanding of the agriculture sales and production processProven ability to produce ad hoc reports to show data in a discernable mannerBenefits ?
