The professional in this role will share responsibilities in overseeing feed manufacturing logistics, forage testing strategies, supplemental nutrition programs and customer service. They seek individuals who value ranching, respect historical traditions, and take pride in doing work that directly supports ranching families.Company want their team to reflect the strength and independence of New Mexico ranching and are interested in long-term relationships with individuals that have deep regional roots who understand the land, the livestock and the ranchers they serve.If you are seeking more than a job ? if you are seeking a professional role within a company that values tradition, innovation, and long-term commitment ? you are invited to consider this opportunity.Key ResponsibilitiesForage Testing and Supplemental Application- Coordinate forage testing and laboratory submissions.- Interpret forage analysis results.- Lead in formulating and adjusting forage-based supplementation programs.Rancher Consultation and Support- Provide clear, professional explanations of nutritional programs.- Assist ranchers in implementing supplementation programs.- Build long-term relationships within the ranching community.Shared In-House Customer Service- Serve as trusted point of contact at the New Mexico mill.- Coordinate orders, scheduling and follow-up communications.Feed Production Logistics- Assist management and production supervisors with daily production scheduling.- Work closely with mill personnel to ensure quality control parameters are met.This professional role is central to the success of our New Mexico operation. You will be supported by an experienced team and clear processes. The overall goal of our entire team is to ensure our feed mill functions with technical accuracy while delivering sound nutritional guidance to New Mexico ranchers.
