This position will remain open until a suitable candidate is found.?Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is assisting a well-established agricultural operation in searching for a Hay Production Assistant for this Wyoming ranch. This is a solid opportunity with a stable operation focused on hay production and general ranch responsibilities.Position Overview:This role will focus primarily on hay production and equipment operations and equipment maintenance, with some support of livestock duties as needed. The ideal candidate will have experience with equipment operation, irrigation, and general ranch maintenance and upkeep.Key Responsibilities:Operate equipment for hay production (swathing, raking, baling)Assist with irrigation systems (pivots and/or side rolls)Perform routine equipment maintenance and repairsSupport crop rotation activities (forage crops)Assist with livestock feeding as neededGeneral farm and facility upkeepQualifications:Hay production and/or farm experience preferredEquipment operation and basic mechanical ability requiredIrrigation experience a plusWillingness to assist with livestock when neededStrong work ethic and ability to work independentlyCompensation & Benefits:$45,000?$65,000 DOEHousing providedUtilities providedWork vehicle provided??ALL INQUIRIES ARE KEPT CONFIDENTIAL.
