Our portfolio includes poultry, beef, egg, alternative protein, salt, oils, starches, sweeteners, cocoa and chocolate.Job Purpose and ImpactThe Utilities Superintendent will supervise and execute the deployment of overall leading maintenance practices aligned to production needs. In this role, you will lead a team that executes routine complex activities to maintain and improve capacity utilization and quality standards realized through reliable operations across the region.Key AccountabilitiesDevelop preventive maintenance programs.Coordinate and integrates with other plant functions to ensure support.Ensure work is performed following safety guidelines to ensure health and wellbeing of employees.Resolve maintenance priorities based on established plans and assigns tasks.Oversee maintenance activities to ensure that disruption to production is minimized.Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.Other duties as assignedQualificationsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experienceExperience managing tasks across multiple crafts (electrical and Ammonia Refrigeration preferable)Minimum of four years of related work experiencePreferred QualificationsTwo years of supervisory experienceApplicant Information • This position is posted both internally and externally.• Position is based in PA – WYALUSING – 1252 ROUTE 706• Relocation assistance is provided for this roleEqual Opportunity Employer, including Disability/Vet
