support during preventive maintenance activitiesMentor and train maintenance personnel as neededIdentify gaps and opportunities for improvement in preventive maintenance or assigned tasksAdjust job plans in the field to ensure successful completion; escalate to planning when further work is requiredEnsure feedback on job plans is communicated to plannersAssist maintenance staff with required permits and documentationLed and coordinated reliabilitydriven Root Cause Analyses (RCAs)Prepare and distribute the weekly maintenance schedulePerform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisorRequired Qualifications:Must be 18 years or olderAbility to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)A high school diploma or equivalent (GED)Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions, which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs., kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodationAbility to work overtime, including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance noticeRelevant maintenance experience in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or facility operations. Many roles expect handson familiarity with equipment and repair environmentsExperience coordinating maintenance activities, including work orders, scheduling, and leading small teamsStrong organizational and planning skills to manage multiple tasks and schedules simultaneouslyProblemsolving and criticalthinking abilitiesFamiliarity with health and safety regulations and the ability to enforce safe work practicesAbility to maintain a safe, clean working environment Preferred Qualifications:Experience using SAP for creating work orders, reviewing equipment history, and tracking maintenance tasksExperience with the Sockeye scheduling system for labor planning, workload balancing, and coordinating maintenance activitiesProficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, tracking maintenance KPIs, filtering, sorting, and creating basic spreadsheets or maintenance logsProficiency in Microsoft Word for developing SOPs, maintenance procedures, reports, memos, and general documentationConsidered candidates will receive a phone call from a (952) area code.
