Description Inventory Control Analyst Purpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for a Inventory Control Analyst for Pilgrim's that reports to the corporate office in Greeley, Colorado . Pilgrim's is seeking an Inventory Control Analyst reporting out of our Corporate Office in Greeley, CO. This role will be supporting several sales directors and upper management with daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc analysis and reporting. This role is a great fit for candidates seeking future growth as it will include interaction with teams throughout entire production and distribution process. Responsibilities:
Develops and runs reports and analysis related to Inventory Management
Calculates, tracks and communicates KPI's
Responsible for not only compiling data, but also identifying opportunities, quantifying opportunities, and recommending improvements
Communicate findings in a clear, succinct, and compelling manner
Continuous implementation of process improvement as it relates to data analysis and value collection
Verifying and validating warehouse inventory cycle counts
Reconcile pallets at 3rd party warehouses
Complete annual storage budget for all business units
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Demonstrated strong analytical abilities
Proactive approach and proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Exceptional organizational skills
Highly detail-oriented, focused, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, especially with numbers
Experience with SAP inventory management functions is a plus
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Outstanding oral and written communication skills
Ability to set objectives and consistently achieve deadlines
Confident in collaborating and communicating with senior-level management
Bachelor's degree in Finance , Business, or a related field is preferred
Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
As a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations . The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits :
Benefits : Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
Paid Time Off : sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
401(k) : company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
Base salary range of $58,000-$70,000 ;
Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company's annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program; and
