This is an hourly level position.Position Summary: The individual holding this position is responsible for operating and using industrial, powered, standup and sit-down forklifts to move materials throughout the warehouse and place product in designated areas.Job Responsibilities: Follow and promote the safe work environment policies.Retrieve and transport product to assigned slots.Report any issues to the warehouse lead.Follow FIFO pick order.Identify product to be selected, sorted and placed.Follow aisle specifications for product sorting and placement.Work closely with Supervisors and other employees to complete assigned tasks.Comply effectively with company work and safety rules.Continually meet assigned production standards.Maintain a quality of work that limits miss-picks, shorts and damages.Follow directions.Follow SOP, GMP's, HACCP, and Allergens guidelines.Work independently and in a team environment.Work in warm and cold temperature conditions that may range from 38F to 80F; employees assigned to the freezer must be able to work in temperatures as cold as -10FJob Requirements: Must have mechanical abilities.Knowledge of GMP's.Basic computer skills, Word and Excel.Commitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero injury culture; understand and follow company safety proceduresExhibit regular and timely attendanceWilling to work overtime and weekends if neededDemonstrate initiative to work independently while flexible enough to work in team setting when neededExhibit a professional image at all times; maintain a positive and supportive attitudeAbility to read, write, and communicate clearlyAbility to pay attention to and focus on small details. i.e., lot numbers, order numbers, etc.Flexibility in accepting change and an attitude of continuous improvementEducation Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalentPhysical Demands: Standing, Walking and Lifting (up to 50 lbs.)ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.REF:108037BR#IncludingYouDiversity, equity, inclusion and belonging are cornerstones of ADM's efforts to continue innovating, driving growth, and delivering outstanding performance.
