The Operations Support Representative I is a support role that assists with all operational aspects of the branch.

Assist with all aspects of day-to-day operations of the facilityAssist with seed treatments and seed warehouse operationsAssist with dispatching and logisticsUtiliz e JD Edwards for order fulfillment, generating shipping papers, and invoicingAssist with the inventory control processManage liquid fertilizer operationsLead EHSS training sessions and meetings when necessaryKeep the location current with DOT regulations (Comply, JJ Keller)Provide support to other team members t o attain b ranc h goal s What You Bring to t he Role:
1+ years of experienceKnowledge and/or experience with agricultural operationsAbility to work independently with minimum supervisionProficient in all Microsoft O ffice applications , particular ly ExcelAbility to multi-task, take direction , and work independentlyWilling ness and desire to work overtime hours during busy seasonsClass A CDL is preferred but not requiredHigh School Diploma or equivalent What Makes You a Great Fit:

The base compensation for this position ranges from $15.43 to $20.56 per hour.
