Job DescriptionMaintenance Training Grade III – Carthage, MOADM MillingThis is a full-time, hourly position.Position Summary:The role of Maintenance III is responsible for the following duties: Responsibilities:Perform scheduled maintenance inspections and lubrication on plant equipmentRecord lubricant quantities applied, and other data as requiredDocument inspection and service activity as requiredRepair and replace equipment as neededElectrical, Mechanical and Steam Systems TroubleshootingOther responsibilities as assigned by Maintenance SupervisorPerform cutting, welding, and fabrication when neededAvailability to work overtime as needed dailyMandatory availability to work rotating 24-hour emergency call-in and rotating weekend shift Qualifications/Characteristics: Valid driver's license and transportation requiredStrong Mechanical AptitudeValues Organization and CleanlinessAbility to effectively communicate with plant management, plant personnel, and vendorsAbility to read, write, understand and communicate in EnglishAbility and willingness to learn new skills and take on new responsibilitiesDemonstrated ability to comply with company/facility policies and proceduresAbility to work from elevated areas utilizing fall protection equipment as requiredDemonstrated understanding of failure modes and ability to assess equipment condition, identify defects and make repair recommendationsADVANCEMENT:Qualified Person will advance from Maintenance training grade 3 through Maintenance A as qualifications are met and approved by the Maintenance Supervisor and Plant Manager.ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.REF:108806BR#IncludingYouDiversity, equity, inclusion and belonging are cornerstones of ADM's efforts to continue innovating, driving growth, and delivering outstanding performance.
