This role provides architectural leadership across multiple SAP environments, including ECC and S/4HANA, and partners closely with Functional Consultants, Delivery teams, and AMS providers to enable scalable, consistent, and sustainable SAP solutions.Job DescriptionOwn end-to-end solution architecture for SAP initiatives across ECC and S/4HANA environmentsDefine and enforce SAP architectural standards, patterns, and guardrailsEnsure adherence to clean-core principles and minimize customizationsDesign and govern integrations between SAP and non-SAP systemsPartner with Functional Consultants to validate functional designs and ensure architectural alignmentReview and approve solution designs, enhancements, and technical approaches delivered by internal teams and AMS partnersAssess architectural impacts of new initiatives and recommend scalable design optionsSupport platform roadmap discussions by identifying architectural risks, dependencies, and opportunitiesProvide guidance on data, security, performance, and scalability considerationsParticipate in design reviews, cutover planning, and major releases as neededIdentify and mitigate technical debt and long-term architectural risksBasic & Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience10-15 years of SAP experience with a strong focus on solution architectureProven experience designing solutions across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA landscapesExperience assessing architectural impacts, integration patterns, and design trade-offs for SAP add-on solutions within a broader SAP ECC and S/4HANA landscapeStrong understanding of SAP integration patterns and middleware solutionsExperience supporting global, multi-instance SAP environmentsExperience working with AMS or external SAP delivery partnersStrong communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholdersCapabilities:
