 Job DescriptionA senior-level fabrication role responsible for overseeing all forming work centers, executing accurate machine setups, documenting process standards, and collaborating with engineering teams to ensure manufacturability throughout the entire value stream, as well as safe and efficient high-quality press brake operations. This position plays a key role in reducing part rework, improving first-pass yield, and mentoring operators for long-term success. SHIFT WORK SCHEDULES (Unless otherwise noted.)1st shift runs M–Th, 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM, 2nd shift runs M–Th, 3:30 PM – 1:30 AM and 4th shift runs F–Su, 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM BASIC REQUIREMENTS & SUMMARY OF BENEFITSA high school diploma, HSED or GED is required for any position.
