Information SeekingCommunicator/FacilitatorDESCRIPTION OF WORK PERFORMED:Ensure an attitude of safety consciousness throughout the warehouse including damage to product, equipment and the facility are preventedEnforce all Safety rules through safety observationsAssists in training and motivating of personnel for increased effectivenessProvides leadership in regards to problem solvingDirects work force to achieve maximum efficiencyApplies sound communication and motivational techniques in supervising, counseling and disciplining subordinatesLeads by setting a good exampleEnsures the efficient and safe operation of all materials handling equipmentEnsures compliance to OSHA standards GMP regulations, Food Safety, C-TPAT and standard operating proceduresEnsures all personnel are trained properly in their respective area, and cross-trained in other related positions within departmentInterfaces closely with
