Job DescriptionTraining Coordinator – Lincoln, NEThis is a salaried, exempt positionJob SummaryThe Training Coordinator is an advocate for learning and development within the organization and is responsible for developing and promoting training initiatives, identifying employee development needs, supporting the rollout of learning programs, encouraging engagement and participation, gathering feedback, and partnering with the HR Learning & Development teams to strengthen a culture of continuous growth and skills development.This role will support Training for the ADM oilseeds operations in Lincoln and Fremont, NE.Job ResponsibilitiesFacilitate New Employee Orientation Programs for each siteProvide plant tours upon request to support basic process understandingReview and revise SOP'sCollaborate with various stakeholders including but not limited to Plant Management, Department Leaders, Department Learning & Development Champs (SMEs), Environmental, Health & Safety, and Frontline Professionals to develop and deploy trainingDevelop Training Matrix CurriculumsDevelop Job Qualification Standards (JQS) and relevant supporting training materialsReview and Sign off on Training Qualifications completed by SME verifications in fieldManage deployment of training processes utilizing a structured, prioritized approach Track site level KPIs relevant to training programs: Training Maturity Score, New Hire Safety, Retention, Compliance Training % Complete, Operators Qualified, etc.Manage physical and/or virtual copies of training recordsCoordinate and facilitate training programs at each siteJob RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience preferredMinimum of 1 year of experience in a Training, HR, or Administrative Support roleAdvanced technical skills in Microsoft office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to communicate, engage, and interact with colleagues at various levels of the organizationStrong organizational and administrative skillsExcited about this role but don't think you meet every requirement listed?
