Job DescriptionProduction Operator (Spray Dry) – Erlanger, KY
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure that all ingredients are present and in the correct quantitiesPrevious spray dry experience is preferredAbility to make in-process adjustments based on analytical data (Temp., moisture, flow, etc..)Must be able to compound liquid batches needed to spray dryResponsible for ancillary equipment within a manufacturing environment (sieves, batching systems, etc.)Set up and break down the equipment and make necessary adjustmentsUse SAP, CMS, and MWS transactions needed for blendingAccurately document all work to ensure lot traceability, HACCP checks, etc.Work in compliance with all GMP, OSHA, food safety and internal safety guidelinesRequired Skills:High school diploma or equivalentStrong communication skillsCommitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero injury culture; understand and follow company safety proceduresExhibit regular and timely attendanceWilling to work overtime and weekends if neededDemonstrate initiative to work independently while flexible enough to work in team setting when neededExhibit a professional image at all times; maintain a positive and supportive attitudeAbility to read, write, and communicate clearlyAbility to pay attention to and focus on small details. i.e., lot numbers, order numbers, etc.Flexibility in accepting change and an attitude of continuous improvementPhysical Requirements: Ability to safely and successful perform the essential job functions consistent with qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standardsAble to lift 50lbs on a continuous basis throughout an 8 hour shiftWear a respiratorAble to stand, walk, lift, reach and bend throughout an 8 hour shiftADM requires the successful completion of a background check.REF:109063BR#IncludingYouDiversity, equity, inclusion and belonging are cornerstones of ADM's efforts to continue innovating, driving growth, and delivering outstanding performance.
