About the role.As a key member of the Talent Acquisition, Delivery team, the Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for providing recruitment support of high-volume roles (plant, manufacturing and related) by leveraging knowledge of local/regional/cultural nuances and handling unique language and time zone requirements. This position will focus on recruitment support for our North America manufacturing plants. This role is hybrid, with 3 days in-office and 2 days remote. What you’ll be doing.Acting as an expert in recruitment, you will build relationships; provide feedback and recommendations to both the candidate and hiring manager with the goal of selecting the most qualified candidateDeveloping candidate pipelines using a variety of sourcing methods and becoming an expert in the business areas you supportConducting interviews to assess candidates; make hiring recommendations; provide support and counsel to hiring managers throughout the recruitment processManaging the job offer process, including negotiation, and consultationDeveloping and maintaining working relationships with internal stakeholders to understand current and future recruitment needs for Plant and Manufacturing rolesDeveloping cost effective, efficient, proactive and innovative solutions to meet business recruiting needsUsing SuccessFactors (Applicant Tracking System) and Phenom (CRM) to maintain information during the recruitment process; ensuring all information is current and activity is updated on a regular basisParticipating in special projects and/or process improvement efforts as needed What you’ll need to be successful.3+ years of experience as a recruiter in a high volume manufacturing environment; Prior agency experience preferredBachelor degree in Human Resources or a related field preferredExperience sourcing candidates in difficult markets using various technologies (i.e. Linkedin, Indeed, local posting sites/affiliations, etc.)Ability to apply recruitment knowledge / experience across recruitment policies, programs, processes and functionsCustomer obsessed, ensuring candidate experience and support is a top priorityEffective in navigating competing priorities including volume, location, and stakeholders About McCain.Click Here to learn more about McCain and how we provide you with opportunities to make an impact that matters. USD annually + Bonus eligibility The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting.
