The Plant Manager is responsible for the overall management, direction and co-ordination of plant operations in carrying out company objectives at the lowest cost consistent with safety and quality requirements.  We aim to delight consumers & customers with our food and nothing we do is worth getting hurt for. What you’ll be doing.Oversee overall plant operations including safety, finance, manufacturing, manufacturing engineering, materials, quality assurance / control, information systems, environment, public, supplier, government and customer relationsEnsures positive relations and a highly collaborate approach with internal/external stakeholders and communityProactively fostering and promoting the safe work habits of employees. Ensures safety policies and procedures are followedActive participation in health & safety initiatives, taking a lead role in safety optimization in the drive towards zero incidents. USD annually + Bonus eligibility + Long-term incentive eligibility The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting.
