Job DescriptionProduction SpecialistLocation: 2100 Gardner Expressway, Quincy, IL 62301Shift: 1st Shift (Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM)Job Type: Full TimeCompensation: $23.04/hourJob DutiesGrain and waste handling through scraping, shoveling, and sweeping up soybean product and byproductOperate equipment throughout the facility which may include tractors with front loaders, skid-steers, manlifts, forklifts, UTVs, etc.
Monitor product quality specifications Collect product samples and transport them to the lab
Utilize computer systems to input and record data as required regarding safety, sanitation, maintenance, and process equipment operation Interact regularly with peers and management to pursue continuous improvement of facility operations and promote a teamwork focused environment
Monitor and measure tank levels
Maintain a safe and clean work environment Knowledge, understanding, and adherence to all safety policies and procedures Requirements18 years or older High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
