A well respected, established organization including both a commercial crop farm and an independent crop research farm seeks Farm Operations Manager to join the successful operation.
Will repair and maintain farm equipment to ensure day to day operations run efficiently. Will operate variety of ag equipment and work with field preparation, planting, spraying, harvest, etc.? Will also assist with commercial crop operation and also with research projects.
Required skills/traits include:
Mechanical aptitude
Crop Production Experience
Experience operating variety of farm equipment
Attention to detail
Organizational Skills
Communication Skills
Demonstrated success maintaining detailed records of serviced equipment
Ability to work independently
Compensation:
$50-60,000+
10 vacation days
