Job DescriptionTechnical Lead, Archer Daniels Midland Company, Erlanger, KY. Design, build, and implement a robust data foundation to support strategic analytics initiatives. Lead thedevelopment of scalable data pipelines. Design and maintain data marts. Transform raw source data fromvarious systems into high-quality, analysis-ready formats. Collaborate with functional teams, applicationowners, and end users to ensure the technical solutions align with business needs. Apply expert knowledge of data management techniques to support data analysis and model deployment. Contribute to the architecture of enterprise data platforms. Support IT project management activities, review the work of consultants, and contribute to solution strategy, documentation, and technical feasibility assessments.40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any), Business, or a related field, and six (6) years of post-bachelor, progressive, related work experience.Must have six (6) years of experience with/in:Implementing data architectures, including data warehouse, data marts, and cloud-based solutions using Databricks, Datasphere, and Azure; Enterprise BI and analytics technical experience implementing data warehouse and data marts in an Agile environment;Maintaining and supporting ETL/ELT integrations using technical documentation; Performing data processing using languages and frameworks such as SQL, PySpark, and Python; Integrating ERP data from systems like SAP, JD Edwards, PeopleSoft, and Oracle EBS to support analytic product development and business transformation projects;Delivering Cloud based Data Solutions in Azure; Data visualization using Power BI or Denodo; andWorking with Big Data technologies such as Spark, Kafka, DataBricks, or Hive.Up to 5% regional travel required.Telecommuting permitted on a hybrid schedule as determined by the employer.To apply, mail resume to: Christina Hetzer, ADM; PO BOX 1470, Decatur, IL
