Job DescriptionMaintenance Training Grade IILocation: 2100 Gardner Expressway, Quincy, IL 62301Shift: 12hr Rotate SchedulePay: $30.65/hourJob DutiesComplete preventative, predictive and reactive maintenance on equipment throughout the facilityOperate standard maintenance tools such as power tools, hand tools, electric tools, precision maintenance tools, preventative maintenance tools, etc.Utilize maintenance trades and components such as fabrication, gearbox and bearing maintenance, lubrication, pumps and piping systems, mechanical maintenance, hydraulic and pneumatic systemsModify/build/install equipment based on reading and comprehending schematics, blueprints, or operating manualsEnsure product safety and qualityOperate equipment throughout the facility which may include tractors with front loaders, skid-steers, manlifts, forklifts, UTVs, etc. Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and documentationKnowledge of plant equipment and process flowRequirements18 years or olderHigh School Diploma or GED EquivalentValid Driver's LicenseBasic computer skills Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation
