This position will work closely with ownership and department managers to help oversee daily dairy operations, coordinate employee activities, and support the continued growth of the operation.Responsibilities include assisting with parlor management, milk quality, employee supervision and training, protocol implementation, inventory management, maintenance coordination, recordkeeping, and regulatory compliance.
