Their focus on quality, performance, and customer success has positioned them as a trusted partner to producers, processors, and commercial operations.?The OpportunityThe Commercial | Territory Sales Manager?is responsible for leading both?commercial and territory sales efforts?across the assigned region. This includes developing, prospecting, and maintaining long-term, profitable customer relationships while driving growth across dealer networks and direct commercial accounts.?This role requires a highly motivated, consultative sales professional who can deliver strong product expertise and tailored solutions to meet customer needs across multiple sales channels.?This individual will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, supporting channel partners, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through consistent follow-through and technical support.?Key ResponsibilitiesLead and execute both commercial and territory sales strategies within the assigned regionBuild and expand a dealer network by effectively presenting products, services, and technical solutionsSupport existing customers while identifying growth opportunities to maximize profitabilityDrive new business through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach (including cold calling)Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations for dealers and end usersDevelop accurate project estimates and manage sales opportunities through CRM systemsCollaborate with internal teams to develop solutions, resolve customer challenges, and enhance the overall customer experienceProvide market feedback and competitive insights to support strategic decision-makingExecute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targetsBuild strong relationships with key decision-makers and deliver a high level of customer service and retention?QualificationsBachelor?s degree in Ag Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)Minimum of 2+ years of sales or customer-facing experience, ideally within the agriculture industryKnowledge of grain storage, handling, or monitoring systems is strongly preferredDemonstrated ability to build relationships and close sales in a consultative environmentStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environmentWillingness and ability to travel approximately 70%?Why This OpportunityJoin a well-established and growing organization within the ag infrastructure spaceHigh-impact role with strong autonomy and visibilityOpportunity to work with innovative products and solutionsCompetitive compensation package with growth potentialCollaborative, team-oriented culture focused on customer successInterested in this Opportunity?
