You'll manage a team, ensure schedules are met, uphold quality standards, and enforce safety protocols. Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, organization, and follow-through are essential. This role reports to the Operations Manager and plays a key role in shaping frontline culture.Required Experience/Education:High school diploma/GED1+ years leadership experience in a manufacturing settingPhysical movement such as stooping, bending, reaching, pulling, pinching, lifting, walking and standing and other moving on a routine basis.Key Competencies & SkillsLeadership & team developmentSafety & quality mindset (GMP, compliance, traceability)Production planning & resource managementDecision-making & problem-solvingCommunication & cross-functional collaborationCoaching, conflict resolution & performance managementOrganization, prioritization & time managementOperational awareness (equipment, capacity, workflow)Administrative & systems proficiency (Workday, reporting, scheduling)Accountability, reliability & attention to detailPreferred Experience/Education: 3+ years leadership experience in food manufacturing or related industry; dairy experience strongly preferred.Knowledge of GMP's and food safety regulations.Extensive knowledge of safety practices in manufacturing, including LOTO and hazard recognition.Wages: Salary Range $70,800.00 – $88,500.00In most cases, candidates offered employment can expect to be hired at a pay rate near the middle of our salary ranges.Grade:E7
