This Manager will oversee all operations at the facility, ensuring efficient plant and field operations while maintaining strong relationships with growers. This role is responsible for leading a high-performing team, managing both plant and field operations through direct reports, and driving overall location success. This facility is a well-established, stable operation with low turnover and a strong team already in place. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of agronomy knowledge, operational leadership, and relationship-building skills.Job DescriptionThe Facility Manager will be responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the facility, working closely with both plant and field operations teams.Key Responsibilities:Provide leadership and oversight for two direct reports:Plant Operations ManagerField Operations ManagerBuild and maintain strong relationships with local growers and customersEnsure efficient coordination between plant and field operationsSupport and develop team members while maintaining a positive, productive work environmentCollaborate with Regional Management on operational goals and performanceMaintain operational consistency in a process-driven environmentJob QualificationsRequired:Experience working directly with growers (strongly preferred)Solid agronomy knowledgeProven ability to build and maintain strong relationshipsStrong leadership and communication (soft) skillsUnderstanding of Ag production operations (processing, treatment, or related)Ability to manage both operations and people effectivelyPreferred:Background in agronomy or ag-related operationsExperience in both operations and sales/relationship managementMilitary background or similar process-driven experience (a plus)Familiarity with managing teams in both field and facility environmentsLocal/regional ties to the area (preferred but not required)Compensation & BenefitsSalary Range: $75,000 ? $95,000Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package (details available upon request)Relocation Assistance: Provided??ALL INQUIRIES ARE KEPT CONFIDENTIAL.
