About the role.The Forklift Operator / Warehouse Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient movement of product within the warehouse using stand-up and sit-down electric powered industrial trucks. This onsite role supports warehouse operations by loading, unloading, storing, and supplying materials to production and shipping areas while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards. What you’ll be doing.Operate stand-up and sit-down electric powered forklifts and other lifting devices to move product in and out of the warehouseLoad, unload, stack, and transport pallets, totes, and materials to designated locationsSupply production and warehouse team members with materials and supplies as requiredPosition forks under loads and control lifting mechanisms to safely move productFollow all safety, security, and warehouse operating proceduresMaintain regular attendance and punctuality to support operational needsParticipate in required training and certification programsPerform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations What you’ll need to be successful.High school diploma or GEDMinimum of three months of related experience and/or trainingAbility to complete certification through the McCain Operator Training ProgramAbility to obtain and maintain McCain Forklift Certification and McCain Aerial Lift CertificationWorking knowledge of, or ability to learn, the Warehouse Management System (WMS)Ability to read, write, and interpret safety rules, procedures, and operating instructionsStrong attention to detail, dependability, and commitment to safetyAbility to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionallyFlexibility to work onsite, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as required About the team.This role is part of the Warehouse Operations team and works closely with production, shipping, and inventory teams to ensure timely and accurate material flow. Compensation Package: – Starting at 23.07 USD hourly + Bonus eligibility + Hourly Pay Differential for applicable shifts The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting.
